We follow up extensively with every Open House guests and their realtors. Their feedback will be shared with you during our weekly update.
Negotiations and Paperwork
We present all offers to you promptly, and our negotiations are done with your best interests in mind. We are with you when subjects are removed, your lawyer or notary receives contracts and—that most exciting of times—when the title is transferred.
