We provide the price range in which we believe your home should be listed, market conditions and competition analysis and timing recommendations for when to launch your listing so you will be able to make the decision on the most strategically-appropriate price.

The condition of your home will have a lot to do with the selling price and how quickly your home will sell.  Home improvements such as minor cosmetic upgrades, staging and cleaning can add value to present your home in the best possible condition.

With your approval we host a series of Open Houses – one of the most important tools for selling your home. We also accommodate every private showing, with a team of 6, no showing will be turned away.

We follow up extensively with every Open House guests and their realtors. Their feedback will be shared with you during our weekly update.
